Open Studio and Art Exhibit Planned for Nov. 8 Starting in the Village Center

East Hampton Arts & Culture Commission (EHACC) will host an Open Studio and Art Exhibit on Sunday, Nov. 8 from 2 to 5 p.m., during which East Hampton artist...s will open their art studios to the public, discuss and show their artwork and possibly provide demonstrations. Area artists will also exhibit and sell artwork at The Joseph N. Goff House Museum, 2 Barton Hill Road and the Congregational Church of East Hampton Community Hall, 59 Main St. Maps with biographies of participating studios will be distributed at The Goff House Museum the day of the event and The Space, 64 Main St., will offer a drawing opportunity with Gil Salk, a live, clothed model - all supplies provided - carlamwac@gmail.com for information.
Old Bank Flowers, Art & Marketplace, 66 Main St., will also be exhibiting the work of local artists on Nov. 8, Creations Framing and Gallery, 95 Main St., will hold a sale on framed and unframed artwork and the Epoch Arts, 27 Skinner St., will hold “Artopia" a fundraiser featuring student and local artists' artwork, live music, art demonstrations, food, kids crafts, a silent auction and more from 4 to 6 p.m. A suggested donation of $5 will be collected. www.epocharts.org for information.
