Joseph N. Goff House Concert Series Continues June 30

The Joseph N. Goff House Gazebo Concert Series continues
Thursday, June 30 at 6:30 PM at the Center School Gazebo, Main Street/Summit Street a lyrical jazz  a performance by the Larry Gareau Jazz Quartet. Cub Scouts will be selling refreshments. Listeners are invited to bring a chair, blanket and picnic to enjoy.


The series continues July 14 with "Survivors Swing Band" performing great old tunes of the 20's through the 40's; July 21 features "Mischief-Us" performing an eclectic mix of classic Jazz, Bossanova, Blues and a dash of Classic Rock and July 28 features  a rousing performance by "The Ancient Mariners" Connecticut Fife & Drum Corps.


Listeners of all ages are welcome and encouraged to bring a blanket, chairs and picnics to enjoy during the shows. Cub Scout Troop 8 will sell refreshments. Rain location is the community hall at the Congregational Church of East Hampton.


For the first time this year, in collaboration with the East Hampton Parks and Recreation Department, the concert series will be extended through August with performances at the Sears Park Pavilion starting at 6 p.m.!


Aug. 4 features an Island Night theme with "Moto"  performing swaying, partying rhythms, Soca sounds and uplifting music;


Aug. 11 is Teen Night, featuring the local college band "The Flux" performing current hits and original music;


Aug. 18 is Family Night, featuring "We Got Rhythm!" a husband and wife modern song and dance team;


Aug. 25 is Classic Rock Night, featuring "MoJo JoJo" performing a mix of Blues, Motown, Classic and Modern Rock.

Joseph N. Goff House Gazebo Concert Series Begins June 23 with Seat of Our Pants!

The Joseph N. Goff House 18th Annual Gazebo Concert Series begins Thursday, June 23  from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Center School Gazebo in the East Hampton Village Center, featuring a performance by "Seat of Our Pants," an acoustic, folk, blues and bluegrass group from Marlborough Connecticut.

East Hampton Top 10 Students Exhibit Featured at the East Hampton Library Community Room

The Goff House Board of Directors in collaboration with the East Hampton Library and the superintendent of schools' office presented a display showcasing East Hampton High School's Top 10 students, graduating class 2016 on June 1 in the library community room. The real life students came with it, in a celebration of their accomplishments. We are pleased and proud to celebrate with them and share their accomplishments with the community.
