Joseph N. Goff House Museum Board Thanks Concert Supporters

Another successful Goff House Concert Series – our 21styear - has concluded, thanks
to the many individuals and organizations who attended and supported the concerts this
summer.
Due to safety restrictions, the concert series was different this year with no Cub Scouts
offering refreshments, no rain location or bathrooms, and commencing July 9thrather
than in June. Regardless, listeners came out anyway to enjoy the music and each
other's company, while practicing responsible, respectful social distancing guidelines.
We are so grateful for your attendance, patience and support and were thrilled to have
had such good weather, even though one of the shows was cancelled over the threat of
rain and apologize to those who showed up only to learn the band had cancelled.
Thank you also to all the fabulous bands who agreed to perform, sometimes at the last
minute. Your music and positive energy really lifted us up during this unusual summer.
We also welcomed Strangers Helping Strangers, a new non-profit that collected non-
perishables to distribute to those in need in our community. The Museum Board was
happy to be able to donate some of the monies collected during concert intermission to
this organization.
And finally, a sincere thanks to our generous sponsors, whose monetary donations
enabled us to hire the wonderful musicians you heard this summer. We could not do this
without you!
2020 sponsors include: Paul and Elaine Puzzo, East Hampton Lions
Charities Inc., Kevin and Matthew Reich, Gabe and Audrey Stein, Fowler Auto Parts -
