First Friday in the Village Planned for Feb. 6.
Friends of the East Hampton Village Center and the Joseph N. Goff House Museum
are pleased to present “First Fridays in the Village,” starting Friday, Feb. 6 from 6:39 to 8:30 p.m.
The event will be offered every first Friday of the month, during which participating village center
businesses and organizations on and near Main Street in the village center district will offer
special exhibits, presentations. performances and refreshments.
Planned activities on Feb. 6 include: Open Jam Session at 6 p.m. and Open Mic starting at 7 p.m., Higher Grounds Coffee Shop, 70 Main St.
Art Show featuring the work of Maureen Girard, live music and refreshments, 6:30 p.m., Old Bank Flowers Art & Marketplace, 66 Main St.;
Family Game Night, featuring board game play with the East Hampton High School Interact Club,
6:30 p.m., Joseph N. Goff House Museum, 2 Barton Hill
Wine tasting and live music, Center Package Store, 93 Main St., 6-8 p.m.
Free Jewelry Inspection, Devine Jewelry, 87 Main St.
Meditation Session, Hot Cat Yoga Space, 10 Summit St., 6:30 p.m.
Boundless Movement LLC Information Booth about Zumba and a new Women’s Wellness Empowerment Group in the Goff House Museum, 6:30 p.m. -
followed by a free introduction to Zumba Class in the great hall at 7 p.m. - 860-940-9548 to register
Brookside Nights’ Poetry and Acoustic Night for 13 and older to share poetry, spoken word, songs,
comedy and music, 7 p.m., Epoch Arts, 27 Skinner Street ($3 admission).
