The Joseph N. Goff House Museum, located at 2 Barton Hill Road across from the fire station, is available to rent for small events such as support groups or club meetings, educational programs, fundraisers, training sessions, baby or bridal showers and small performances. The museum, located in the lower half of the building, has a capacity of 50 people, is handicapped accessible and has bathroom facilities. For information, call Dean Markham at 860-918-4400

The Joseph N. Goff House Museum invites members of the community to serve as board members.  The Museum, located on the first floor of the building at 2 Barton Hill Road in the historic Village Center of East Hampton, stands as proud testament to our community's cultural, civic, and architectural heritage. Additional board members are needed to help plan cultural and enrichment programs aimed at adding quality and depth to community life. The facility houses artifacts and memorabilia of Connecticut's 84th Governor and East Hampton native son, William A. O'Neill. Planned events for the summer include a gazebo concert series in the village center and exhibits in the museum space, which is also available to rent for small events.
